Antique Turkish Copper Watering Can Brass Hand Forged Rustic Primitive Decor

This is for a unique antique copper watering can, appearing to be Turkish in origin, with brass accents along the handle and hand-soldered construction. This is a substantial, heavy piece with a wonderfully rustic appearance and the character that comes from age and handmade craftsmanship.

The watering can measures approximately 12 1/2 inches x 13 inches x 6 inches.

The piece has a very primitive handcrafted construction with hand-worked copper, brass details, visible soldering, and handmade nails or rivets. The irregularities in the construction add to its authentic old-world character and give it a unique decorative presence.

There is a larger dent on one side along with age-related wear, patina, surface marks, and imperfections consistent with an older handmade piece. It appears that the can may have originally had a lid, which is no longer present.

***Please note that this piece is not watertight and is being offered as a decorative item rather than a functional watering can. It would be beautiful displayed on its own or filled with artificial or dried flowers.

A wonderful rustic antique copper piece with beautiful aged patina, brass accents, and distinctive handcrafted character, perfect for primitive, farmhouse, European, or eclectic decor.
