Victorian Sheffield Silverplate Butlers Tray Footed Serving Platter

This is for an Antique Silver Plated tray that is a stunning example of a beautiful Victorian tea service tray. Crafted in England between the late 1890's to early 1900's. The footed butlers tray features beautiful cast ball floral feet and a high relief swirl design on the handles and the entire rim.

The Victorian styling adds an elegant touch to where ever this will be used and is an heirloom piece to add to your collection. This is wonderful for a large tea service set or as a service tray to hold decorations on a dining table.

The intricate detailing and high-quality craftsmanship make this tray a luxurious and classic piece for any home, there are no makers marks that are discernible but is marked with various stamps that lend to the history of where produced, England.

This measures: 31.5 inches wide x 18 inches deep x 2 inches tall.
**This has better than expected age appropriate wear (of over 100 years of use) on the center there are some water spots and also a few areas of the under copper showing on the "ribbon" edges.


**All items are vintage and if more then normal age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures. Please ask questions prior to purchase if there are concerns.

Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices.

Assume items are preloved and or vintage and such can have its own idiosyncrasies due to age alone and normal wear and tear. Remember vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age appropriate wear. I will show any major issues in my pictures as they are part of the description.

*If an item is damaged in shipping you agree to hold onto the item, box and packing materials until the claim is processed and I will need you to take any necessary pictures to file with the carrier.

* I take great care in packaging items correctly and shipping on time.

* I STRONGLY believe in reusing and repurposing of mailing materials, thus your item maybe packed in a previously used box and/or wrapped with previously used materials. Thank you for looking!!
