Vintage Sterling Silver Serving Tray, Black Star Frost Monogrammed Dish

This is for a vintage Sterling Silver 925/1000 dish from Black Star & Frost. The dish has a monogram in the center with initials I believe to be EMW.
The plate has a diameter of 10" and is marked sterling, makers name and H 7 Boat and _8. This is in good condition with minor surface scratches and a pierced rim.
This is a good size for a centerpiece with candles to a vase placed on it and to be enjoyed for years to come.
The weight of the item is 289 grams.
