Victorian Silver Plated Serving Tray, Pierced Edge EGW&S, 1900s Tea Platter

This high-quality ornate Silver Plated tea service Tray is a vintage piece with a square shape and a pierced edge design, giving it a Victorian style.

The tray is made of silver plate and has a depth and width of 16 inches - providing ample space for serving and displaying various items. This would have been used as a Serving tray, tea set tray or Butler's Tray.

This has makers marks of EGW&S (each letter in a separate box), EPNS (Electro Plated Nickel silver), A1015/14 (pattern) on the back of the tray. This appears to be from late Victorian to Edwardian period (approx. 1890 to 1910) and is likely from an English manufacture and not American.

Its antique charm and elegant design make it a versatile piece that can add a touch of sophistication to any table setting or display. The piece is very intricate with the edge and the floral design and piercing.

There are age appropriate surface scratches as noted in the pictures with the silver plate being in wonderful condition as noted in the pictures.
