The candle holders are 10.75 inches tall with a diameter of 4.5 inches. These weigh 19 Oz and are weighted. These are marked 928 inside an oval (perhaps for slightly higher silver content than 925) and also with a rectangle with a star, 1160 and F1. I am unable to find maker. These do appear to be older and antique and in very good condition.

There are marked with .925 and then makers marks in a box - A star, 1169 and F1. They do have a small amount of weighting in the inside.
