Antique Sterling Silver Candlesticks Pair Florence Italy .925 Silver

This is for a beautiful pair of antique sterling silver candlesticks with elegant Italian styling. Their graceful proportions, subtle decorative detailing, and brilliant silver finish make them timeless decorative accents for a dining table, mantel, sideboard, or entryway.

Each candlestick features a delicate decorative pattern around the base and near the candle cup, adding understated elegance while allowing the beautiful sterling silver to take center stage.

The pair includes:
2 Sterling Silver Candlesticks
Dimensions: 10¾" H × 4½" Dia.
Weight: 567 grams total (weighted)

The candlesticks are marked .925 along with additional hallmarks consisting of an oval mark, a star within a rectangle, 1169, and F1 (Florence / Italy mark). While I have been unable to identify the silversmith, the hallmarks and craftsmanship suggest they are older pieces of excellent quality. The small amount of internal weighting provides additional stability while maintaining the elegant proportions.

These candlesticks beautifully complement Victorian, Traditional, French Country, English, and Transitional décor and are perfect for displaying with standard taper candles.

These are in wonderful antique condition with only one small dent, which is shown clearly in the photographs. They display beautifully and are polished and ready to enjoy for many years to come.
