This is for a vintage Sterling Silver tray. This is a commemorative piece honors a decade of excellence of Margaret Thatcher's tenure from 1979 to 1989.

There are 4 makers marks on are the front of the tray: PB (makers: Pinder Brothers), anchor (indicating the assay office - Birmingham England), lion (signifies sterling silver .925) and P (letter date, 1989). The tray measures; 8.25 inches in diameter with a height of 1.5 inches.
