Antique Brass Fireplace Screen / Louis XVI Styled Ornate Fireplace Screen / Antique Love Bird Fireplace Screen / Victorian Fireplace Screen

This is for a lovely Antique (circa 1890's) victorian / baroque / French Provincial ornate fully cast solid brass fireplace screen. There is some wear on the brass and is shown in the up close pictures and there is very slight bend in the back screen - none of which is seen from just a bit away - but should be noted.


The center design has two "love" birds which are also all brass. The brass frames dark woven mesh screen that is crafted to keep the sparks from coming out of the fireplace.
The whole screen sits on elevated feet that resemble animal feet adding to the ornate design and baroque feel.

This fireplace screen measures approx. 31 inches tall x 26 inches wide x 9 inches deep.This is a heavy and sturdy piece. ***The feet maybe unscrewed for shipping (4 screws).

**All items are vintage and if more then normal age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures. Please ask questions prior to purchase if there are concerns.

Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices.

Assume items are preloved and or vintage and such can have its own idiosyncrasies due to age alone and normal wear and tear. Remember vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age appropriate wear. I will show any major issues in my pictures as they are part of the description.

*If an item is damaged in shipping you agree to hold onto the item, box and packing materials until the claim is processed and I will need you to take any necessary pictures to file with the carrier.

* I take great care in packaging items correctly and shipping on time.
