Vintage Silver Plated Tea & Coffee Set / John Turton Silver Plated Tea Set / Vintage Turton Shefield Hand Chased Tea Set / Towle Tray 6 Pc

This is for a beautiful Antique Silver Plated Tea Set (6 Pc + tray) from John Turton. The set is placed with a wonderful silver plated Poole tray in the Lancaster Rose pattern. The tea set and tray look perfect together due to the floral decorations and shape and size of the flowers on all the pieces. The tea set is large with the addition of the tilting tea pot and needs to be placed with a special tray.

The 6 tea set pieces are marked with the makers marks of J T and an S each in a Shield, John Turton, Made in England, Hand Chased and E.P. on the bottom of all the matching tea set pieces. The tea and coffee pots have the pattern number also on them of 462.

1 - Creamer measuring : 5 inches tall x 5 inches wide x 3.5 inches deep

1 - Sugar with lid measuring : 5 inches tall x 7 inches wide x 5 inches deep
1 - Waste Pot measuring : 3.25 inches tall x 5 inches diameter
1 - Tea Pot measuring : 6 inches tall x 10.5 inches wide x 6 inches deep
1 - Coffee Pot measuring : 9 inches tall x 10 inches wide x 6 inches deep
1 - Tilting Tea Pot on Stand measuring : 13.5 inches tall x 9 inches wide x 7.5 inches deep *there is no warmer with the set - so a disposable one can be used.

This is for a lovely very large Towle Silver silver plated hollowware waiter tray in the Grand Duchess pattern.

This silver plated coffee and tea service tray measures 30 inches long x 20.25 inches wide x 2 inches tall. The piece is good condition and very ornate with the edge of scrolling and floral decorations. The silver plate is in very good condition on the tray with minor surface scratches just due to the age alone. This particular piece has been very well cared for and surely should be enjoyed for years to come.
