Fireplace Gargoyle Brass Fireplace Screen / Folding Peacock Fireplace Brass Screen / Vintage Art Deco Heavy Brass Screen / Folding Screen

This is for a wonderful Vintage brass "peacock fan" fireplace screen. It looks lovely open and yet still very decorative when sitting closed. This lovely piece has a gargoyle design and is two sided, but with one side being the back. It also is adorned with a small knob - Finial / handle on the top for carrying it. This one is lacquered.

This folding screen can be closed and locked when not in use and or to store with the hooks on the side. Note pics to see bent screws. The intricate detail of the filigree cut-out screen creates an amazing reflection and is very light catching.

The fan has an Art Deco, Neoclassical, Hollywood Regency feel to the design. The total height of the fan with the handle is 25 inches tall. When the fan is open it has a width of 38 inches and the base is 5 inches deep.

This fan weighs 12.5 lbs - which is very heavy for this type of peacock fan.

This item is sure to please and will be loved for many years to come.

*If an item is damaged in shipping you agree to hold onto the item, box and packing materials until the claim is processed and I will need you to take any necessary pictures to file with the carrier.

* I take great care in packaging items correctly and shipping on time.
