Polished Petrified Wood Bookends, Fossilized Cypress, Nature Lover Gift

This is for lovely pair of Bookends that are Petrified wood. They are wood that is hand-cut, polished, and shaped. They appear to be fossilized Cyprus Wood found in the lumbia River Basalt in Washington. They would be approx 15 million years old.

Being from nature they are unique in size, shape, and color based on where they came from and how the wood was cut. This pair has lovely jagged edges from the shape of the wood.

With the natural beauty and size of these they will create a talking point in any home office, study or library where ever they are placed. What a wonderful gift for any dad, nature lover or book lover!

Each one of the pair measures approx.: 6.5 inches tall x 8.0 inches wide x 2 inches deep. So if placed together they would be 16 inches wide. These can be displayed a few different ways and have felt on two sides to protect the bottom surface and the books. These are very heavy due to them being solid wood / stone.


**All items are vintage and if more then normal age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures. Please ask questions prior to purchase if there are concerns.
