Antique Victorian Brass Girandole Candelabra 3 Arm Crystal Prisms Cornelius & Co

This is for one antique Victorian brass 3-arm girandole candelabra featuring elegant brass bobeches adorned with sparkling hanging crystal prisms.

Beautifully cast from solid brass, the candelabra rests on its original off-white solid stone base, giving it both exceptional weight and stability.

Crafted in the late 1890s and attributed to Cornelius & Company of the United States, this piece is identified by the distinctive dove motifs surrounding the candle cups. The ornate design reflects the graceful Rococo Revival and Victorian aesthetic, while its timeless elegance also complements Hollywood Regency, French Country, and traditional interiors.

The faceted crystal prisms catch and reflect light beautifully, creating dazzling displays whether illuminated by candlelight or natural sunlight. Even without candles, this antique candelabra serves as a striking decorative centerpiece on a mantel, buffet, dining table, console, or entry table.

This candelabra measures approximately 17 inches tall x 16 inches wide x 4½ inches deep and holds standard taper candles.

The original stone base is substantial and heavy. As expected for a genuine antique, there are minor age-related characteristics including small natural imperfections and tiny flea bites to the stone, but nothing significant to detract from its beauty or display.

The brass has developed a lovely antique patina, and the crystal prisms remain wonderfully light-catching, making this an elegant decorative statement piece ready to enjoy for years to come.
