Antique Victorian Brass Girandole Candelabra Rococo Mantel Candlestick

This is for a fabulous antique Victorian 3-arm girandole candelabra dating to the late 1890s. Beautifully cast in solid brass, this elegant candlestick sits on its original off-white stone base with small brass feet and features ornate brass candle cups with decorative flower-shaped drip pans.

The pierced floral drip pans have holes around the petals, allowing hanging crystal prisms to be added if desired to create the classic appearance of a traditional Victorian girandole.

The sculptural base depicts a beautifully detailed man and woman among palm fronds, making this piece an exceptional work of art as well as a functional candleholder. Its timeless Victorian, Rococo, and Hollywood Regency styling makes it an impressive accent for a mantel, buffet, dining table, entry console, or library.

Approximately 17 inches tall
14 inches wide
5 inches deep

This girandole holds standard taper or dinner candles and is equally beautiful displayed without candles as a decorative statement piece.

Condition:
This is in wonderful antique condition and ready to display. The original stone base has minor age-related character, including small natural imperfections and occasional flea bites consistent with its age, with nothing significant to note. The brass has developed a beautiful antique patina that enhances its historic charm.
