Redwood Book Ends / MASSIVE Wood Book ends / Artist Hand Cut Redwood Book Ends / MCM Burlwood Bookends / CA Redwood Live Edge Bookends

This is for a pair of Hand crafted vintage book ends that are crafted from California Redwood. These are massive live edge book holders that are true art pieces with the way they are cut / not cut to show the natural movement of the wood growth.

These are VERY large and consist of 2 pieces which have different measurements and very different shapes but cut from one piece of wood. The wood is lacquered to show the deeper colors and there is felt on the foot of each one.

With the artistic styling and cut of the wood these would look wonderful in a cabin bookcase to being used on a credenza in a modern house as statement pieces with or without books.

Measurements are:

1 - 6.5 inches tall x 7.5 inches wide x 8 inches deep.

1 - 9.5 inches tall x 13.5 inches wide x 6.5 inches deep.

The original makers sticker is on each of the bottom of the individual bookends, Hiley's Redwood Creations in Felton California.
The makers have since past away and believe these would have been crafted in the mid 20th century with the wood obviously very old.

**All items are vintage and if more then normal age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures. Please ask questions prior to purchase if there are concerns.

Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices.

Assume items are preloved and or vintage and such can have its own idiosyncrasies due to age alone and normal wear and tear. Remember vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age appropriate wear. I will show any major issues in my pictures as they are part of the description.

*If an item is damaged in shipping you agree to hold onto the item, box and packing materials until the claim is processed and I will need you to take any necessary pictures to file with the carrier.

* I take great care in packaging items correctly and shipping on time.
