This is for a rare and lovely large set of Lion Head Bookends that are lacquered brass. These are stately pieces and can also be used as statues flanking perhaps a picture or use as intended as book holders.
These Lion book ends measure: 5 inches tall x 4.5 inches wide x 4 inches deep. These are lacquered and thus wont change in color or need polishing. They have the original makers sticker on the base, Gatco. These are filled with perhaps a cement to give them a nice weight to hold up your books!
