Vintage Steiff Museum Edition Penguin Replica 1911 Limited Edition 1988 Boxed

This is for a Vintage Steiff Museum Edition Penguin – Replica 1911, a highly collectible limited edition created to celebrate the rich history of the world-renowned German toy maker. The Steiff Museum Collection was introduced in 1980 to commemorate the company's 100th anniversary, faithfully recreating some of Steiff's earliest and most beloved designs.

This charming penguin is the 1988 Museum Edition and is a limited edition of only 4,000 pieces worldwide. It remains secured in its original presentation box, having come from a collector's collection.

The penguin remains attached to the display base by its feet, just as originally packaged.

Plastic display cover remains clear with no cracks
Outer box shows expected age-related wear

The silver cardboard base has a bend caused by fitting slightly tightly into the clear plastic outer liner (see photos)
