Vintage Swatkins Silverplate Trophy Vase Double Handled England 15 Inch

This is for an exceptional vintage silverplated double-handled trophy vase crafted by the renowned Swatkins company of England. Elegantly proportioned and beautifully hand chased, this impressive vase features classic trophy styling with graceful twin handles and intricate engraved decoration throughout. Remarkably, it has no monogram or event inscription, making it an outstanding display piece for collectors and decorators alike.

The base is marked Swatkins, Silverplate, and Made in England. While the exact production date is unknown, this vase is an earlier example of the company's craftsmanship. It is not found in Swatkins' current catalog, and unlike many of their modern presentation trophies, it was never mounted to a wooden base. The hand-chased decoration closely resembles the company's contemporary St. Anne's Claret Jug trophy design, reflecting the traditional artistry for which Swatkins is known.
