Antique Brass Moroccan Tray Table Top Moorish Hand Hammered 45 Inch

This is for a magnificent antique Middle Eastern Moorish-style solid brass tray featuring exceptional hand-hammered craftsmanship and intricate engraved decoration. Its impressive size, substantial weight, and richly detailed surface make it a remarkable statement piece and a true work of decorative art.

The tray is beautifully polished to highlight the elaborate hand-carved paisley, floral, and geometric motifs that cover the surface. The finely executed etching reflects the skilled metalworking traditions found throughout Morocco, Egypt, Syria, India, and other regions of the Middle East. The decorative scalloped edge, often referred to as a pie crust rim, adds further elegance and visual interest.
